"Home care" can sound vague until you break down what actually happens during a visit. A Certified Nursing Assistant's shift typically includes help with bathing and dressing, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility support.
A good CNA also watches for changes: a new bruise, a skipped meal, confusion that seems different from the day before. Those observations get communicated back to an RN supervisor managing the care plan, part of what separates a supervised care model from an unsupervised one.
Advantage Private Home Care provides state-verified CNAs with RN-supervised care plans for families across Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, and 35 counties throughout Metro Atlanta.
