Outdoor Kitchens Are the Most Requested Addition to Metro Atlanta Decks This Summer

Post Copy

More of our deck and patio conversations this summer end up circling back to the same question: could there be an outdoor kitchen here? With families spending more evenings and weekends outside, a built-in grill station has stopped being a luxury add-on and become one of the first things homeowners ask about.

A well-planned outdoor kitchen does more than hold a grill. Counter space for prep, storage for tools and dishes, and a layout that keeps the cook part of the conversation instead of stuck at a freestanding grill in the corner of the yard all matter more than people expect going in.

We design outdoor kitchens as part of the deck or patio itself, not as an afterthought bolted on later, which is why the flow tends to work better and the finished space holds up to the weather.

If you could add one feature to your outdoor space tomorrow, would it be a kitchen, a fire feature, or more shade?
