Booking a Fall Deck or Sunroom Project Now Beats Getting Caught in the September Rush

Post Copy

Every year, the same pattern plays out: homeowners wait until the weather cools off in September to start thinking seriously about a fall project, and by then our schedule for the season is already filling in fast. The homeowners who plan ahead in July are the ones who actually get their deck, sunroom, or screened porch finished before the holidays.

Design and material selection alone can take a few weeks before a crew ever breaks ground, especially for sunrooms and screened enclosures with custom sizing. Starting that process now means the build itself lands in the best weather window instead of getting pushed into late fall or winter.

We are still taking on new fall projects, but the calendar moves quickly this time of year. If a fall upgrade has been on your mind, now is genuinely the time to start the conversation, not after the leaves start turning.

Is there a project you have been meaning to start planning but keep putting off?
