Emerald ash borer treatment in Middle Tennessee: the window to save the tree is shorter than most realize

Post Copy

EAB kills ash trees from the inside out. By the time the crown starts declining, it's often too late for treatment to work.

The treatment window for emerald ash borer in Middle Tennessee is real, but narrow. Systemic insecticides work well in early-stage infestations. Once dieback crosses about 40%, removal is usually the right call.

Franklin Tree Service handles both: EAB treatment for trees still in the fight, and safe removal when that window has closed. If you have ash trees in Williamson County, now is a good time to have them evaluated. Link in bio.

Close-up of EAB exit holes or dieback on an ash tree canopy, or crew treating/removing an ash. Educational visual that shows the problem clearly. Authentic job documentation strongly preferred over stock.
