When a tree comes down during a storm, the first question is usually the same: how fast can someone actually get here? For true emergencies, we get an estimator on-site within one to two hours to assess the situation, not days later once the adrenaline of the storm has worn off.
Once someone's on-site, the priority is making the property safe first, clearing anything blocking a driveway, threatening a structure, or creating a hazard, before working through the rest of the cleanup. Bigger jobs sometimes take longer to fully wrap up, but the immediate danger gets handled fast.
Knowing what to expect takes some of the panic out of an already stressful situation. A tree down on your property is never convenient, but the response doesn't have to be a mystery.
Have you ever had a tree come down unexpectedly and had to scramble to figure out who to call?
